Zahra Kell & Cory Teunissen Winners at 1st round of WWA in Melbourne

Jet Pilot riders dominated the 1st stop of the 2017 World Wake Association Series in Melbourne for the Moomba Masters.

Jet Pilot rider Zahra Kell put together an awesome display across the event to take out her 1st Pro Womens comp. She also threw down a pass under lights to also take out the Best Trick Night competition.

Defending champion & Jet Pilot rider Cory Teunissen took out the Pro Mens title throwing out a solid array of tricks & consistency unmatched by any other rider including landing the 1st ever 1080 in a contest. Cory also won Best Trick Night Comp the day prior by dropping a huge wake-to-wake 1080.

The riding was next level with elite riders across all divisions throwing down some of the most solid runs we have seen at the event.

Some of our other team riders also had great results with Tony Iacconi coming 3rd in Pro Men’s, Nic Rapa 4th in Pro Men’s & Mackenzie McCarthy also finishing on the podium coming 2nd in Jnr Pro Womens.
