Snap lockdowns, event restrictions and event rescheduling has had the
racing community chomping at the bit to get out there and get racing again.
The QLD PWC crew worked very hard and had some key things fall into place to be
able to set date for the highly anticipated QLD State Titles for PWC racing.
The location out at Somerset Dam was perfect and the weather matched as we were blessed
with clear skies and a glassy lake across the last weekend of winter in August.
Over 40 x riders across 10 x racing classes gathered across the foreshore eagerly awaiting
their chance to race again for the QLD State Title and bring home the hardware.
It was a massive weekend of racing with over 50 x races across the 2 x days… A huge effort by everyone involved.
It was great to be out at the races again, everyone was in high spirits and the racing was fast and fun.
The JP Crew was out enjoying the atmosphere, catching up with old mates and was stoked to see a strong contingent competing hard.
Big efforts from the Beekman Boys for displaying their exceptional talent and taking out their respective classes.

And a massive shout out to all the juniors! Jayden Richardson took the State Championship with some classy riding
but we loved watching all you guys rip around! Such a fun, competitive class to watch.

A big shout out and thank you to all the people who made the weekend possible!
The QLD PWC committee, all of the racers, the safety marshals, all of the sponsors
and all of the friends and family who showed out with their support!
You guys made for an epic racing weekend once again!
