Strong Arm straps are the grab handle your ski never had. A heat-treated, rubber PE coated S-hook on 300D high-strength polyester line, box stitched, with a foam handle built to be hauled on, for a mate back onto the sled after a rider-down, the ski off the trailer, the kit up the beach. One strap, or the Dual with its side-stance setup and a holder to tuck the spare away.

Strong Arm straps: hook it, drag it, pull it
Every ski has a moment where you need a handle it does not have. The Strong Arm strap is that handle. A heat-treated, rubber PE coated S-hook on one end, a foam handle on the other, and 300D high-strength polyester line with all box stitching in between, ergonomically designed to be hauled on. Small kit, the kind that quietly decides how good a water day is.
Reboarding and the rider-down
Coming off is part of riding; getting back on is the part nobody trains for. Hook the strap to the ski, get a hand on the handle, kick and pull. The strap gives you the leverage the rear step never does when your arms are cooked and the vest is riding up, and it turns hauling a mate back onto the sled from a two-person wrestle into a job for one. The Hidden Supergrip handle on the Cause vest works from the jacket side; the Strong Arm works from the ski side. Run both.
Dragging and docking
Hook it, drag it, pull it. The ski off the trailer at a shallow ramp, the sled up the sand at the sandbar, kit up the beach at the end of the arvo, the hull held off a pontoon while a mate ties up. The rubber PE coating on the S-hook is there for the hull, the box stitching is there for you, and the materials are picked for sun, salt, fuel splash and being stood on in a footwell.
Single or Dual
- Jetpilot x Strong Arm Strap — the original. One hook, one line, one handle, a heat transfer logo, one size.
- Dual Strong Arm Strap — a dual strap system with a side-stance setup, high tensile polyester webbing and a rubber PE coated S-hook, plus a strap holder to tuck one strap away when you only need one. A handle for each hand, or one for you and one for whoever is in the water.
What it is not
It is not a tow line and it is not rated as one; towing a ski home is a rope job. It is not a weightlifting strap either, whatever the search results say. It is the grab strap for the ski, and it lives in the hatch next to the anchor and the bung tool. Sort the rest of the hatch on jet ski accessories: jet ski anchors and fenders for when the ski stops, tow ropes and tie downs for the rated lines, and an AS 4758 approved jet ski life jacket, Level 50S at minimum on a PWC, on everyone who rides.
The ski does not come with a handle for the worst moment of the day. This is the handle.
