The full rundown on Jetpilot Socks
Jetpilot socks for the footwell and the deck
Feet are the part of the kit nobody thinks about until the heel is raw at hour three. A boat sock or a jet ski sock is built for the job the sock drawer never planned for: wet, salty, jammed in a boot and braced against a footwell while the ski is on the pin. Jetpilot's is the RX Vault Race Boot and Sock, out of the Vault race program, designed for jet ski riding with grip, durability and comfort as the whole brief. Sizes 6 to 13.
Boat socks, jet ski socks, race socks
Same idea, three names. A boat sock keeps a deck shoe from chewing a wet heel. A jet ski sock does the same in the footwell, with more bracing and more salt. A race sock is the one built to a race brief: control and stability, and a boot built as its pair. The RX Vault sock is that one, and it does the other two jobs on the way.
Built with the boot
The RX Vault Race Boot and Sock is one product because the boot and the sock are built as a pair, for grip, durability and comfort in the footwell, with reflective detailing on the build sheet for the rider who is still on the water when the light goes. It runs alongside the Vault race johns, race jackets and race gloves, the gear that lines up on the start line, and it lives with the rest of the race kit on the RX Collection.
When a sock matters
A short run to the sandbar, bare feet in the boot are fine. A dawnie that turns into an all-dayer, a race day with six motos, a long tow session behind the boat: that is when the sock earns its place. The heel stops rubbing, the ankle bone stops copping the footwell edge, and the boot fits the same at four in the arvo as it did at seven. Boots and neo shoes for the ramp are on water shoes; the sock goes inside whichever one you run.
Sizing and care
Whole sizes 6 to 13, matched to the race boot. Size off your foot with the size guide, and if you are between sizes go snug, because a boot that moves is a boot that rubs. Rinse in fresh water after a salt session, dry out of the sun, and do not leave the pair in the boot on the ute floor for a week. Salt and heat wear socks out faster than riding does.
The rest of the feet, and the rest of the kit
The bamboo crew work socks for the site are on workwear accessories, sold through the workwear dealer network rather than the cart. The kit that lives in the footwell next to your feet, anchors, fenders, straps and Dry Safe bags, is on jet ski accessories. Sort the feet. The rest of the day follows.
