Lifestyle clothing and accessories, the street side of a watersports brand
Jetpilot made vests and boardies first, and the apparel came out of the same shed. That is why the tees are weighed in GSM, the walkshorts stretch and the rideshorts carry a neoprene liner. This is the top of the apparel tree: the mens rail for the most part, the ladies and kids cuts alongside, and the caps, hats and bags that finish the kit. Pick a category and follow it down.
Tees and long sleeves
The biggest rail on the page. 210 GSM 100% cotton jersey on the Corp Tee and the JTPLT collab tees, in an oversized block fit with screen-printed logos and an internal printed label so there is no tag rubbing under a vest strap, with regular-fit tees and long sleeves alongside. Colourways and prints rotate with each drop, which is the point of a drop. Mens t-shirts has the lot.
Shorts, chinos and walkshorts
The Rx and Vault rideshorts are 4-way stretch polyester and spandex with a fixed 1mm neoprene inner liner, a 19 inch outseam, a snap buckle closure and a zip fly, for the seat of the ski. The Rx, Vault, Moto, Alloy and Race Fan boardshorts are the beach and boat versions, with the fabric on each product page. The Stretched Out Walkshort is 97% cotton and 3% spandex canvas stretch on a 19 inch length. Every short is on mens shorts, waist 28 to 44, and the 5 Day Chino, 270 GSM pre-shrunk twill in a slim tapered fit, sits with the pants.
Hoodies, flannel and jackets
The Sparked and Leveled 2.0 pullovers run 320 GSM poly/cotton fleece with tuck-away drawcords, and the Leveled 2.0 adds abrasion-resistant sleeve panels, a mini neck zip and zip front pockets. The Flannel Shirt is 300 GSM cotton flannel with two buttoned chest pockets and a woven Jetpilot trim; the Quilted Flannel Jacket puts the same 300 GSM flannel over a 210T polyester taffeta quilted lining with 100% polyester fill. Heavyweight is the brief from April to September. The whole mens rail, pants and long sleeves included, is on mens clothing.
Cut for her, not shrunk from his
The ladies tees, crops, hoodies and shorts run in numbered sizes with their own fit notes, and ladies clothing has the rail, with the size guide working off a measurement rather than a guess. The kids tees, hydro tees and boardies sit on kids clothing.
Caps, hats and the rest of the kit
Snapbacks and clipbacks, 5-panels, unstructured caps that pack flat, buckets, the Jet-Lite wide brim hat and the straw hat for the esky end of the day, plus the Dry Safe bags, hoodie towels and race gloves that ride along. On the ski, a cap without a snap or a drawcord is on loan to the bay. All of it is on lifestyle accessories.
Sizing and the season
S to 3XL on most of the range and 4XL on part of it, waist 28 to 44 on the shorts and pants, one size fits most on the caps. Size from a measurement, not from your last pair: an oversized tee and a slim chino do not share a size. The bloke at the ramp at six and the bloke at the pub at four are the same bloke. Dress him once.
