This is the first page the new gear lands on. Every season a fresh run of tees, boardies, hoodies, flannel and caps drops here before it settles into its permanent category, so the page changes as often as the water does. Everything on it is built by a crew that rides, for the ramp in the morning, the ute in between and the pub at night. A colourway that is on this page is on now. Wait a season and it is on your mate instead.

Tees

The core of every drop: 210 to 240 GSM 100% cotton jersey cut in an oversized block that sits relaxed through the chest and drops at the shoulder, with race-pit graphics screen-printed front and back. The Corp, Now, Vault, Vault Staple, Vault Tech, Vault Core, Progression, Raptor, Mirage, Double D and Demons of Speed tees, the 40th Anniversary tee that marks four decades of the brand, and the JTPLT x Tom Hadley Artist Edition with his four-colour screen prints. Shorts

Three jobs. The Rx Rideshort runs a polyester and spandex 4-way stretch shell over a fixed 1mm neoprene inner liner, a 19 inch outseam, a snap buckle closure and a zipper fly, built for the seat of the ski, and the Vault Rideshort sits beside it. The Moto, Pulse Streamliner, Vault, Vintage Moto, Alloy, Race Fan and Jet-Lite boardies are the beach and boat shorts in stretch polyester or polyester baja, every one with triple-stitched crotch panels. The Stretched Out walkshort is 97% cotton and 3% spandex canvas with a 19 inch leg, a velcro phone pocket and reinforced back welt pockets, and the Elasticated short is the grab-and-go for the arvo. The whole short wardrobe is on mens shorts.

Hoodies, pullovers and jackets

The Iconic and Legacy pullovers in 340 GSM cotton jersey with a three-panel eyelet hood and a kangaroo pocket, the Factory Racing pullover, the Fueled 2 zip-up hoodie, and the Sparked and Leveled 2.0 pullovers in 320 GSM poly-cotton fleece cut for the site. For the mornings that bite, the Quilted Flannel Jacket and the Layered Flannel Jacket back 300 GSM cotton flannel with a 210T polyester taffeta quilted lining and 100% polyester fill, hood on the Quilted and hood off the Layered. Every hoodie in the range, by weight, is on mens hoodies.

Flannel, chinos and caps

The Mens Flannel Shirt is 300 GSM cotton flannel with two button chest pockets and a woven trim, the flanno that runs from site to pub without a change. The 5 Day Chino is 270 GSM pre-shrunk 97% cotton and 3% spandex twill in a straight, slim tapered fit with a performance bias gusset and an internal waist drawcord. On top, cotton twill snapbacks and the wide brims for the all-dayer, one size fits most.

Sizing

Most tops run S to 3XL and a handful of tees go to 4XL. Boardies, rideshorts, walkshorts and chinos run waist 28 to 44, caps one size fits most. Oversized means oversized: buy your usual size and let the cut do the work, and if you are between sizes the size guide has the chest and waist measurements.

The workwear-badged pieces

A few workwear-badged pieces show here so the whole family sits on one page, the workwear Flannel Shirt among them, and those are sold through the Jetpilot workwear dealer network rather than the cart.
