What is the best 2 person towable tube?

Can you pull a tube with a 2 person jet ski?

Two riders means two Australian Standard AS 4758 approved life jackets, worn. Level 50S is the tow-sports vest and the minimum; Level 50 is the same float in a high-vis colourway, for the water where your state calls for it. In NSW and Queensland the towing vessel, boat or ski, carries a driver and an observer the whole time, the driver on a PWC holds a PWC licence, the tube sits at least 7 metres back, and you keep the set distances from swimmers, dive flags and other craft.
