The Layered Flannel Jacket is the same dual-layer build without the hood: a streamlined, rugged layer that goes from the shed to the weekend without the bulk. Why 300 GSM matters
GSM is the weight of the fabric per square metre, and it is the number that separates a flannel from a flannel-print shirt. Lightweight flannels sit around 150 to 200 GSM and feel like a shirt. 300 GSM is the weight that holds warmth, holds its shape and cops a winter of ute seats, boat ramps and bar stools without going thin at the elbows.
