SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMELINE ESTIMATES
Free standard shipping applies to orders $99 and over delivered within Australia. Orders under $99 will incur a $15.00 fee for standard shipping. Express Delivery is available for $14.99 to Metro and Regional areas, $15 to Rural areas.
Free shipping excludes Bulky items, see below for shipping charges.

We attempt to process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day of order placement. You will receive a shipment email when your order is on the way with the details to track your shipment and keep updated.
BULKY ITEMS
Bulky items include, but are not limited to, travel bags, tubes, wake board covers and helmets, and will be shipped by a Road Service. These orders cannot be sent to a PO Box address and must be signed for upon delivery. Bulky items attract a flat rate shipping fee of $25 which you will be able to see before finalising your payment.

Note that some items or promotions may alter the cost of shipping. We accept responsibility for product up to the point of delivery of the product to the address specified in your order. We will not take any responsibility for the product after the product has been delivered to the address specified in your order. Product will usually be delivered during normal business hours. We recommend you specify an address where you can receive the order in person and it can be signed for.
INTERNATIONAL
Your delivery cost will be calculated at checkout - estimated delivery time frame is up to 14 business days but will vary depending on your location.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Jet Pilot cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. All Items are made to meet Australian standards. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Jet pilot will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All purchases are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate.
