  • For orders under $130, standard shipping is just $11.99.

In a Hurry? Go Express!

  • Can't wait to get out there? Choose Express Shipping at checkout for a flat rate of $19.99.

The Big Stuff (Bulky Items)

  • Heads up! Free shipping doesn't cover the big gear. For bulky items, your specific shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We get on it, fast. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day.

Once your order is on its way, we'll fire off a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link so you can watch its every move.

 

 

Shipping The Big Stuff (Bulky Items)

Some of our gear needs a bit more room to move.

  • What's a bulky item? Think large travel bags, towable tubes, wakeboard covers, and helmets.
  • Shipping Cost: Bulky items have a flat rate shipping fee of $25 within Australia. You'll see this charge clearly at checkout before you finalise your payment.
    Delivery Details:

  • Bulky items are sent via a Road Service and require a signature on delivery.

  • Please provide a physical street address, as we cannot deliver bulky items to a PO Box. We recommend using an address where someone will be present to sign during business hours.

 


International Orders

Yes, we ship globally! (some regions excluded)

Your exact delivery cost will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times can be up to 14 business days but will vary depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Important Note on Customs and Duties

    • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and local taxes.
    • These charges are levied by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Jetpilot has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
    • If you refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned. Jetpilot will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result.
