2021 JET SKI WORLD CUP

The 2021 Jet Ski World Cup was recently held on the 12th – 16th January at Pattaya City, Thailand.
Without a doubt this is the year’s biggest jet ski racing event drawing in the best teams and riders from across the globe.

With 22 x race divisions each with a World Title up for grabs plus the massive event prize pool of over $300k USD it’s easy to see why the world’s best jet ski racers have this one locked into the calendar. Most eyes were looking towards the 2 x premier classes of Pro Ski GP & Pro GP Runabout. The Pro Ski GP division with a big showdown between Quinten Bossche, Kevin Reiterer, Nacho Armillas and Raph Maurin all in form and battling for the $50K USD 1st place winners cheque.

Our Jetpilot team riders were well prepared and ready to race for their shot at this year’s Jet Ski World Cup Championship. Some amazing racing from the worlds most talented riders saw some great battles throughout all divisions. There was plenty of speed, noise, skill and sheer determination on display.

Pro Ski GP class is always one of biggest drawcards with it being such a hotly contested division. After 3 motos of intense racing it all came down to the 4th and final moto with only 2 points separating the World Cup Title between our Jetpilot team riders Quinten Bossche on 168pts and Kevin Reiterer on 166pts. This made for an exciting and intense grandstand final race to see who would claim the 2021 title. Kevin Reiterer was able to break through to win the final race with Quinten coming in 3rd , giving Kevin the points and the title of 2021 Jet Ski World Cup Champion.

The Jet Ski World Cup event was also the final event in the 2021 Jet Ski World Cup Triple Crown. Quinten Bossche was classy and fast all Triple Crown Series and accumulated enough points to take home the Triple Crown Championship.

Congratulations also goes out to JP team rider Muhammed Burbayea taking 2nd place in the Pro Runabout GP behind the 9 time world champion from Denmark, Marcus Jorgensen. and also claiming enough points to take out the Triple Crown Championship for his Pro Runabout division.

Jetpilot is extremely proud of all of our team riders and their accomplishments at the Jet Ski World Cup.
