JTPLT x Tom Hadley, the Artist Edition
JTPLT x Tom Hadley is a capsule, not a range: four pieces carrying Tom Hadley's four-colour screen prints, each one finished with the JTPLT woven badge inside and out. The tees are the point, the boardies and the cap make it a kit. It sits under Artist Editions alongside the JTPLT x BIFFY capsule, and it runs by season, so what is here is what is on.
Why an artist edition
Because a graphic tee is only as good as the graphic. Tom Hadley's work goes on as a four-colour screen print, centre chest, left chest and centre back depending on the piece, and the silhouette is oversized because that is how it is worn now. It is the look on the dock without trying for it.
The tees
Two of them. The Logo Tee carries the four-colour print centre chest; the SS Tee carries it left chest and centre back. Both are 210 GSM 100% cotton jersey in an oversized silhouette with a 1x1 ribbed crew neck band, in Black and Ecru. The print is the point, and the 210 GSM cotton is what makes it a tee rather than a poster.
The surf cap
A plastic snapback for the fit, the four-colour print centre front and an external JTPLT woven badge. One size fits most, and the snap means it holds on the drive home with the windows down.
The boardshorts
100% recycled 4-way stretch polyester, an 18 inch leg, an elastic waistband with drawcord and dual side entry pockets. Boardies that go from the ski to the sand to the servo without changing, with the same four-colour print and the woven badges. Waist sizes 28 to 42.
Fit and sizing
The tees run S to 3XL in an oversized cut, so they are meant to sit loose; if you want them closer to the body, the size guide has the measurements to go down a size with confidence. The boardies size off the waist. The cap is one size fits most.
