Mens hoodies for the cold half of the day

Nobody rides in a hoodie. You wear it at six in the morning while the ski warms up, at four in the arvo when the wind comes off the water, and at the pub after. That is why every hoodie here has a real weight on the label: 320 or 340 GSM polyester-cotton fleece, a three-panel eyelet hood with a jersey lining on most, and a kangaroo pocket for the keys and the cold hands. The graphics come from the race pits. The fleece comes first.

The 340 GSM pullovers and crews

The heavy end of the range. The Velocity, Corp, Striker, Factory Racing, Progression, Dark Script and Squadron pullover hoodies run 340 GSM fleece with a three-panel eyelet hood, a soft internal jersey hood lining and a kangaroo pocket. The Stickered, Progress, Iconic, Legacy, Moto and Raptor 2 pullovers are the same weight with the graphic doing the talking. The Star Crew and Corp Crew sweatshirts drop the hood for a round neck at the same 340 GSM, the jumper you wear under a jacket without a hood bunching at the back.

The 320 GSM pullovers, zip-ups and the oversized cuts

The Split, Devolve, Flames, Big Bore Brigade, Motley, Shark Flash, F5 and Fueled 2 pullovers sit at 320 GSM: lighter in the hand, same hood and pocket build. Sherpa and quilted

The Yowie Sherpa Pullover is 320 GSM fleece with a sherpa-lined hood for the mornings that bite. The Quilted Flannel Jacket is the hooded flannel jacket that lands in every quilted hoodie search: 300 GSM cotton flannel over a 210T polyester taffeta quilted lining with 100% polyester fill, and a hood with a peak and toggle system. The Quilted Sherpa Jacket pairs 200 GSM brushed cotton and polyester flannel with a sherpa-lined three-panel hood. The whole flannel line is on flannel jackets and shirts, and the padded and ride jackets are on mens jackets.

Work hoodies

The Sparked, Leveled 2.0, Utility 2, F4 and Global hoodies are the 320 GSM pullovers cut for the site, with a knit internal hood and a double eyelet for a tuck-away drawstring on the Sparked so nothing catches. They pass on site on Monday and at the ramp on Saturday, and nobody can tell which day it is.

What the weight means

GSM is grams per square metre, the weight of the fleece. Lightweight hoodies sit under 300 and go thin at the elbows by the second winter. 320 GSM holds warmth and shape; 340 GSM is the one you reach for on the dawnie and forget you have on at the pub. Every product page lists it, so you are never guessing.

S to 3XL across the range, cut to go over a tee; the size guide has the chest measurements, and the oversized cuts are named as such on the product page. Wear it over a heavyweight tee with the matching 320 GSM fleece track pants, and that is the whole Sunday sorted.
