The neoprene thickness is chosen for Australian conditions — warm enough for early starts and shoulder seasons, thin enough that you never feel mummified. The materials are picked for marine abuse — sun, salt, fuel-splash and being stood on — and built to cop all of it. The rest of the build sheet reads: external size 44cm x 29cm x 35cm, internal size 39cm x 23cm x 28cm, cool cell 25l, 36 cans, and external and inside parts are all sonic welded — plus a longer list of storage and mounting extras than fits in a paragraph — every line of it there because riders asked for it.
