What is the difference between Fueled and Jet-Lite?
Our Fueled range is a classic cotton that tradies know and love that is built for durability. Our Jet-Lite range is a synthetic fabric, made for all seasons and stronger than cotton.
Is it 100% Cotton or a blend?
Our Fueled range is crafted from a premium blend of 97% natural cotton for durability and breathability, combined with 3% spandex to give you the stretch and flexibility you need to move freely and comfortably on the job.
Is it Cotton breathable enough to wear in summer?
Cotton is a natural fiber that allows air to circulate between the fabric and your skin. It does absorb moisture which can help you feel cooler initially, but it can get heavy when wet with sweat. It takes longer to dry and can cause dampness that can lead to chafing.
Does Cotton stretch over time?
Yes, cotton can stretch over time. Especially with repeated wear and washing, but it also has a tendency to lose shape if it’s 100% cotton.
That’s why we blend our Fueled fabric with a small percentage of spandex, to maintain the comfort and breathability of cotton while adding flexibility and shape retention, so your gear moves with you and holds its fit longer.
Why Triple Stitched?
Standard cotton pants use single or double stitching. Jetpilot’s Fueled Cotton range features triple-stitch construction for long-term durability on high-stress seams. This is ideal for kneeling, climbing, or working on the ground.
What is Bar-Tack reinforcements?
You’ll find bar-tack stitching on key stress zones (like pocket edges and crotch joins), meaning less chance of tearing or crotch blowouts, a weak point on cheaper cotton options.
