JETPILOT TEAM RIDERS CORY TEUNISSEN & MACKENZIE MCCARTHY
TAKE PODIUMS AT 2022 WWA WAKEBOARD WORLD SERIES
Current World Number 1 Wakeboarder Cory Teunissen has finished off his 2022 Pro Season on the highest of highs by claiming the overall 2022 WWA Wakeboard World Series Title.
The Battle for the 2022 Pro Mens Title was one of the closest we have ever seen with just 15 points separating the top 3 riders when heading into the season finale. Cory on 265 pts, Nic Rapa on 260pts & Tyler Higham with 250pts. The title was there for the taking and Cory was able to hold off Nic's final charge with a 2nd place finish ahead of Nic in 3rd at the recent World Championships.
Cory has had a massive year winning both the 2022 Pro Wakeboard Tour and the 2022 WWA Wakeboard World Series
further cementing his place once again as the World Number 1.
Keep an eye out in the coming months for the release of Cory's all new 2023 Pro Model Jetpilot vest.

Epic results also from Mackenzie McCarthy all year saw her take out 3rd overall for the Pro Ladies Series and officially put the Ladies Pro Tour on notice. In just her first year on tour, Kenzie has been crushing it and has proven she will be a constant presence at the elite level.
Pending the WWA points update it seems that she has amassed enough points over the season to see her creep into the
top 10 for the world ranking which is an amazing result!
Jetpilot has been long time supporters of Mackenzie throughout her career, we are so stoked for her
and look forward to seeing her continue to grow in the sport.
