Mens Rashies, Rash Vests & Rashie Pants
Mens rashies for riders who stay out past midday. Long sleeve, short sleeve and hooded rashies, quick-dry Jet-Lite hydro tees and sun shirts, fishing polos for the dawnie and rashie pants for the legs, with UPF 50+ on the rated styles. Sunscreen is gone at the first wipeout; the rashie is still there at the ramp, so wear it under the vest and forget about it.

The full rundown on Mens Rashies, Rash Vests & Rashie Pants
Mens rashies built for the all-dayer
A rashie under the life jacket is the easiest sun protection you will ever put on. It does not wash off at the first wipeout, you cannot forget to reapply it, and it is still doing its job at the ramp when the sunscreen went overboard at ten. Jetpilot mens rashies are cut snug so they sit flat under the vest, the hydro tees are relaxed quick-dry Jet-Lite micro jersey for the boat, and the rated styles carry UPF 50+, listed on each product page. Salt, sun, fuel splash: built to cop it.
Pick the one for the day
- Vault and Rx Vault long sleeve rashies — the snug, full-cover riding rashie from the race line, for the rider who wants nothing bunching under the vest when the ski is on the pin.
- Venture hooded rashie and hooded hydro tee — long sleeve with a hood for the midday sesh with no shade on the water.
- Venture hydro tees and sun shirts — the T-shirt rashie: relaxed, quick-dry Jet-Lite micro jersey in long and short sleeve, easy over boardies between swims.
- Venture fishing polos — long sleeve, collared, UPF 50+ with Jet-Loc seams, for the dawnie with a rod in hand. The rest of the boat shirts live on the fishing shirts page.
- Thermafleece rashies — 1mm polypropylene thermo lycra in long and short sleeve for the cold months; a warmth layer under the vest, not a sun top.
- Rashie pants and ride pants — UPF 50+ polyester leggings with Jet-Loc seams for the legs, and the Venture ride pants in 320D nylon taslon with a mesh lining, seven pockets and reflective tape for the all-dayer that ends in the dark.
- Rx and Vault neo pants — the race kit that lands in here: 360 Stretch neoprene, YKK zips, Jet-Loc seams and EVA Pro-Tech knee and shin pads on the Rx race pant. For the start line, not the beach.
Why the rashie goes on before the vest
Water throws the UV straight back at you and the breeze hides the burn until the drive home. Long sleeve covers the most skin, hooded adds the neck and ears, and the rating on the rated styles is on the product page, not a guess. A rashie also stops the vest rubbing on a long sesh, which is why it goes on first and comes off last.
How a mens rashie should fit
Snug enough that it does not float up when you get flung, loose enough to move. Rashies are cut close; hydro tees, sun shirts and polos are cut relaxed. Sizes run S to 3XL on most styles, the size guide has the chest measurements, and if you are between sizes on a rashie, go snug.
Wear it with
Under an AS 4758 approved mens life jacket on the ski, over mens board shorts on the beach, and under a wetsuit when the water turns. Everything rated UPF 50+ across the range is on UPF sun protection. Sorted.
