Trimmed Straight Fit
Cut straight through the body rather than narrowing at the waist, with a waist buckle that pulls it snug so it stays put.

Tight Fit = Safe Fit
It should feel snug when it's dry. It settles in once it's wet, and a loose vest can ride up or slip off when you hit the water.

Find your size
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, then check your weight:

• S: 92 cm chest, 40–60 kg
• M: 100 cm chest, 60–70 kg
• L: 104 cm chest, 70 kg+
• XL: 112 cm chest, 70 kg+
• 2XL: 118 cm chest, 70 kg+
• 3XL: 125 cm chest, 70 kg+
• 4XL: 145 cm chest, 70 kg+

Between sizes? Try both on over whatever you ride in. Zip it, clip the buckle and get a mate to lift it at the shoulders: it shouldn't ride up past your chin or ears.

Approved to Australian Standard AS 4758. The Red, Yellow, Orange and Charcoal/Orange are Level 50; the Black and Blue are Level 50S. They float the same; Level 50 comes in high-vis colours so you're easier to spot.

On the ski
Level 50S is accepted on a jet ski on smooth and enclosed water (rivers, lakes, dams and sheltered bays) in every state. Queensland requires Level 50 on a jet ski in partially smooth and open water, and Tasmania requires Level 100 or above beyond sheltered water.

Check your state
Our jet ski life jacket guide covers each state's rules.

Look after it
Rinse it in fresh water after every sesh, dry it out of the sun, keep it away from fuel and store it hung up, not crushed under the esky. Check the zip, buckle and foam before you ride, and replace it if it's torn, crushed or badly faded.
